upper jaw length (the distance from the anterior tip of the upper jaw to the posterior tip of the upper jaw. Sometimes miscalled maxillary length when the premaxilla enters into the upper jaw), and lower jaw length (measured from the anterior tip of the lower jaw to the posterior angle)
